undercarridge protection bull bar

Just wondered if anyone has one fitted to their car I know its doubtfull when they cost nearly 1k but I'm after what diameter the tube is for both the larger 'a bar' piece of it and also the bars that return back down underneath so this weekends project will be that of fabricatio and also gives me time to get it powder coated black before she comes out of the paint shop!

Hey someone on the xoutpost tried making one , did you weld the 4.8 tail pipes on your car if so fancy doing mine ???

Yeh I did weld all my tail pipes on, don't realy fancy doing another pita job not the welding all the cutting and aligning to make them look right and I'm all way up north! I will be able to make one easy enough my brother has full fabrication gear and a hydralic bender! Will take some doing bt if its simeple enough I might make 2 and sell one!

no no no no no, tbh by the time you have bought the tips Â£65, and diesel up here and back and it took me about 6hrs i heard of people getting them done from Â£200 at exaust centres just im tight and fussy about the look so did them my self, to all who have posted links to the x outpost thread thanks, if i could just get the diameters of the tube i will be posting pics of my underride protection, if nt ill have to make an educated guess but i wanted to copy the oem one!!

If you search underride on there a few come up. None that ive seen with dimensions though but maybe someone on there with one fitted can take some measurements for you if you ask nicely.
