Never understand that. If you simply deny it, and state you were bragging on a forum, where is the proof required for a conviction?

Needless to state that a 19 year old in a M5 is rather irresponsible by itself, and the actions proved that anyway.

A mate of mine was on the motorway in his LP640 about a year ago and someone was right up his back end so he put his foot down and got out of the way... he didn't know that he was being recorded in the car behind and the video ended up on YouTube. He was worried about something like this happening to him so I think he requested that the video was removed. I'm not sure if it was or not now...

Its never a good idea to post video's or brag on a public forum about speeding or drifting etc. Hopefully some people will learn that from this case and others that have been convicted through media on the net... there is one guy who filmed himself on a motorbike I think?
