Hi Everyone, haven't been on the forum for quite awhile now, for a number of reasons. Working abroad again, have moved house and now at the end of having a large extension built on the new property. So I would like to say hello once again. Still have the 4.8 although I was thinking ofgetting rid a f...

Re: Toyo Proxes. really that good?
I had proxys on my 4.8 until recently and they were a very good tyre. However i needed to replace my fronts and I was unable to find the Toyo Proxy ST tyres anywhere. After some enquiries it appears that Toyo have changed the proxy and don't make the ST model anymore. I went with Bridgestone in the ...

Re: online fraud
Happened to me last year to the sum of £10k Used to pay off Capital one credit cards, which I don't have. Took my bank (Barclays) about 2 months to fully refund the money due to the fact the foreign call centre workers didn't have a clue what they were doing. :x My premier manager got it all sorted...

Re: Melting light cluster!
Had this happen to mine a couple of months ago. It appears to be a common problem on the E53. I managed to catch mine before the plastic melted but the contact had burnt a hole through the metal contact plate. I just cleaned it all up with emery paper and then soldered over the hole and built it up ...

Re: Tailgate registration lights !
Had the same problem over the summer. Ufortunately I had to get a whole new part as I couldn't get into the old part. I know that there ia a circuit board inside it somewhere though.

Re: Help paring iPhone 4 with Bluetooth
Maybe a daft answer but have you tried deleting all the phones that are paired 1st. Maybe the BT has reached it's maximum of 4 I think hence can't pair any others.
Ignore me I'm still half asleep I can see you have already done this.

Re: Battery
I was waiting for the taxi replies. :) A couple of times when I have been on the 6am flight they have turned up late. Making it very very close to me missing my flight. There's only one decent taxi company near me which I used to use all the time but they are a small company and have quite a few cor...
