Managed to get booked in for Monday next week, they must have a new stock of parts now. Will report back when it's done. To be honest I can't feel anything with the car at the minute but hopefully will get the work done anyway.

Tried to book mine in today. Service manager states they are not taking anymore bookings at the moment as they have run out of parts required and not sure when a new stock will arrive due to all the recalls. Told to keep trying each week.

Oh well off to Halfords for some sealant as there aint none of that neither. Off up to the scottish highlands next week and don't like being without some form of back up.

Had the car almost 2 weeks now and loving it. I have one question for now and it may sound really stupid/daft but there is no spare wheel. Does the X6 not have a spare due to run flat tyres being fitted.

Deposit paid this morning, pick it up middle next week.
